Hello Ekaitz, we would like to clarify the timeline. Your order was placed on Friday, 24 July, and shipped on Saturday, 25 July—the following day. Sunday was not a working day, and this review was posted only a few working days later. The order was therefore dispatched promptly and was not awaiting shipment.
